- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The service and staff at this practice are outstanding. They take great care and attention not only to the pets but show a caring and understanding attitude to the owners. Just in the last few days when our little dog Tilly has been so very poorly, we have been taken care of throughout. I cannot praise Zoe and Sarah enough who, seeing how distressed we were, drove us and Tilly to Newmarket to the Referral Centre at 8 o'clock at night (in their own time). That is "Michelin Star" service. How can we thank them enough for just simply being the genuine caring people that they are? We have always been treated so well here and I could not praise them enough. Andrew was also so kind and professional seeing us on Saturday and Sunday.
