- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worse customer service ever. They would not let me buy more than 2 baby milk formula boxes at once and would not explain why. The chemists are not helping either with rash identification on children (even though 111 is sending me to a chemistry to recognise if it is a dangerous one or not). Moreover, there must be something wrong with the way they store products: it is the second nappy cream Burt bee I have bought at this store and the cream is divided in an oily part and a white part. It is not usable. Not matter how hard or long you shake, it is impossible to mix these parts together again. Waste of money. Waste of time.
